What is Naan?
Naan is a leavened flatbread. Naan in parts of the Indian subcontinent usually refers to a specific kind of thick flatbread.
Why use milk instead of water?
Milk or yogurt may also be used to impart distinct tastes to the naan. Milk used instead of water will, as it does for ordinary bread, yield a softer dough.

Oven: To reheat non-frozen naan in an oven, you will need to give it an extra bit of moisture to prevent it from drying out. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet ( see some you can get on Amazon).
Skillet: Use skillet to reheat unfrozen Naans. Skillet need to be hot. If you don't have a skillet try out this that I use!
Another option is to use your microwave: If the naan bread is frozen, this short burst of heat keeps the moisture of the naan bread intact, keeping it moist and soft.
